While I have avoided working on short-term rentals, I have noticed an undeniable demand for assistance finding short-term listings. I will be applying the same packages I traditionally offer for long-term rentals to short-term rentals (under six months). Keep in mind that many of the options will be hotel rooms and properties listed by property management platforms that do not allow property visits.
**I do not take a commission when the rental contract is signed**
Bronze: If you are in Florence and you just want a survey of available apartments for rent, and you are able to visit the apartments yourself, then I suggest the Bronze package.
Silver: If you are not in Florence, but you aren’t terribly picky, and you have already spent time in Italy, then I suggest the Silver package.
Gold: If you have never been to Italy and you are concerned that an apartment might be up to your standards, then I suggest the Gold package.
Each package lasts for one week.
