Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. Send me an email for additional bank transfer details.
Q2.) Can you guarantee that I will find an apartment?
I do not personally manage apartments and I cannot control which apartments are available at any given time, so I cannot guarantee we will find an apartment you will ultimately rent. I provide you with options and help you get a competitive edge over your competition to get the apartment.
Q3.) Which sites will you use?
I use Idealista.it, Immobiliare.it, the various Facebook groups, housing platforms such as HousingAnywhere, and existing connections with real estate agents. The sources I use depend on your particular search criteria. If you are already familiar with these sites and feel comfortable with frequent follow up with the listing agents, then this service may not benefit you.
Q4.) I want to rent an apartment for less than six months. Can you help me?
The nature of housing rentals under six months differs from apartment rentals of six months up to multiple years. Most of the apartments available for ‘transitory contracts’ are available for six months up to one year. I suggest you look at HousingAnywhere.com, RoomlessRent.com, and Airbnb.com for apartment rentals of less than six months.
Q5.) Is it possible that you won’t find an apartment for me during your search?
There is always a possibility that we will not find a suitable apartment. However, typically after extensive searching without finding available apartments, we can find available apartments according to your preference by expanding the search in terms of location, price, or contract length.
